About Elowen Online
Elowen Online began as a seasonal counter for families who were tired of guessing at costume sizes from photographs. We order in small batches through September, check every box on arrival, and photograph what actually turns up.
The range stays deliberately narrow: a handful of licensed costumes across adult, child and baby sizes, plus the moulds and party pieces that turn a costume into an evening.
Before you order
How do I know which costume size to pick?
Each product page repeats the manufacturer size label and the age or chest range it covers. Costumes are cut generously to fit over clothing, so when a child sits between two labels we suggest the larger one.
When will my order arrive?
Orders placed on a business day are dispatched within one working day. Standard delivery then takes three to five business days, and tracking is emailed as soon as the carrier scans the parcel.
What comes in the box?
Only what the listing describes. Where a costume includes a mask, bandana, headpiece or booties, that is stated in the product details; shoes and everyday clothing shown in photographs are not included.
Can I send a costume back?
Unworn costumes in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Try a costume on over your own clothes, and email us with the order number to start a return.
