Return Policy

Costumes and party items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed and still in their original packaging with any tags attached.

Try a costume on over your own clothing. Items that come back with make-up marks, pet hair or a missing accessory cannot be refunded in full.

Email us with your order number to start a return. We reply with a return address and instructions, and refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of the parcel arriving.
